Dear Colleagues!

On behalf of the Board of Directors of JSC Gazproektinzhiniring and its Chairman Yuri Lavrukhin, on behalf of the Company's management, and on my own behalf, I congratulate you on the upcoming New Year and Christmas!

The year 2022 was full of important events and brought many interesting large-scale projects. We managed to adapt to the new market realities. We set ourselves ambitious goals and successfully achieved them. All this required the full commitment and high professionalism of the company's employees.

This year was an anniversary year for JSC Gazproektinzhiniring, and summing up the results of such a significant milestone in our work, we can confidently say that today the Company occupies a leading position in the field of engineering services, and also makes a significant contribution to the development of Russia's regions. This allows us to look to the future with optimism.

We maintain stability and high quality results in designing integrated security systems, gas industry facilities and engineering infrastructure for PJSC Gazprom. We strengthened our relationship with PJSC Sibur Holding, one of our key partners in the petrochemical industry.

We continue to work with PJSC Gazprom on the implementation of gas supply and gas infrastructure development programmes in the regions of Russia. This work contributes to the socio-economic development of society and improves the quality of life of thousands of people.

The company continues to develop its IT department. In the past year, the geopolitical situation, sanctions, and the general policy of import substitution presented us with new challenges and the need to find an alternative to some foreign software products. The company successfully managed this task, minimising risks and maintaining the stability of business processes.

All of Gazproektinzhiniring JSC's achievements are the merit of a close-knit team of professionals. At a time when the COVID restrictions have been significantly eased but remain in force, I would like to thank each of you for observing safety measures and taking a responsible attitude to your health and the health of your colleagues.

The coming year will be a new stage in the company's journey towards high performance and the successful implementation of all our goals and plans. I sincerely hope that we will all remain friends and like-minded people and that together we will lead the company to new successes.
