This building is a cube, dissected in the central part by the atrium space, with passages and mezzanines at the level of each of the thirteen floors.

The architectural image of the building, made in the style of minimalism, is inscribed in the surrounding area of the urban park (at the junction of urban development and woodland) and is the visual completion of Primorsky Boulevard.
