This is one of the largest facilities designed by the Company: the area of the territory is 24.73 hectares, the built-up area is 4.57 hectares, the number of buildings is 24, the structures are 75, and the length of communication networks is 19.1 km.

JSC Gazproektinzhiniring carries out the designer supervision of construction. The logistics center is being built to meet the needs of gas transportation system facilities and the gas infrastructure development of settlements in Leningrad Region. The center will be a modern complex of warehouse services and class-A road services. On its territory, storage facilities will be adapted for loading, unloading, and picking up cargo in containers, an information and computing center, and an underground warehouse of finished products — platforms for storing cars and loads, a car service station, a hotel, and administrative buildings.

In the future, the Center will become the main link in the logistics management of marshaling yards and other enterprises in the transportation of products.
