Sakhalin Energy LLC is the first anchor resident of the Sakhalin Oil and Gas Industrial Park.
A large-scale infrastructure project (its area exceeds 70 hectares) will allow localizing capacities for servicing offshore and other oil and gas projects. Facilities with a total area of 19,137 square meters will be created on a 4.5-hectare land plot. Their construction is divided into two stages.
By the end of 2023, it is planned to complete the first of them — an archive and a core warehouse, a logistics center with a container platform, and a motor transport workshop, engineering infrastructure will be located on an area of 6,729 square meters. JSC Gazproektinzhiniring has developed the design and detail design documents of the Production and Technical Base of Sakhalin Energy LLC.
